Different battery
Battery King told me that the Ultrafire 18650 4000mah battery was out of stock and offered a different battery of the same size and shape. They shopped the new batteries right away and when I got them they were the same physical size, but the mah rating was 5000 vs the original 4000. I got an upgrade and they work great.
