The first replacement battery I received from BK didn't function as it should have. Expecting the run-around, I emailed my issue to BK and hoped for the best. I knew using BK was the right choice when I received a response a couple hour later telling me a replacement was on the way! A couple days later, I've got a good battery for my iPhone that was at a great price. BK has my future business for all my battery needs. Nice to know that there is still good people running good companies!
