BatteryKings.com is based in the U.S.A and our main courier service used is The United States Postal Service with delivery confirmation alternatively Fedex and U.P.S.
Battery replacements for the original item will be shipped from the closest warehouse to your location for your convenience, because of this we reserve the right to send equivalent batteries with equivalent performance from those suppliers warehouse.
Please note we will not accept any liability for damage or loss caused by the carrier whilst items are in transit.
Postage Rules(For U.S customers only, please contact us for out of the U.S shipping costs)
If goods cost is less than $100 then postage is $4.99 for the Continental U.S. only.
If the total cost of your order is greater than $100 then postage is FREE for customers in the Continental U.S. only.
Customers in Hawaii, U.S. territories, and foreign countries would be presented with the option of paying the true cost of overseas shipping in order to receive the item, or to cancel and refund the order.
Our average delivery time in the United States is 4-5 days
The goods may be sent using a courier that requires a signature. If no one is available to sign for the package, a card will be left at the delivery address and the item may then be picked up from your local depot. Should this occur, please take an item of I.D. along with you for verification of identity.
The postage costs are an important factor in the running of our business. We have produced a postage structure which aims to give the most competitive postal prices to all customers whether the order is small or large.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
You may return any item within 14 days for a refund of the purchase price. Please note we DO NOT guarantee the goods will arrive in the estimated postage time. True postage & packaging charges in all cases are not refundable. Non-defective products may be returned within 14 days of purchase and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please return the items in the original packaging, all items must be unused. You must contact us for a return authorization before returning any order. All orders that are shipped free there will be a additional 10% of the item value to recover the cost of our shipping, That amount will be deducted from your total credit. Please contact us for return of item instruction. Please note we will not accept any liability for damage or loss caused by the carrier whilst items are in return transit.
Faulty Goods and Warranty Information:
Should an item received be faulty, please let us know. We will replace the item with a tested replacement, exchange it for another choice, or issue you with a refund. Please note, we are unable to refund any batteries which were purchased over 30 days from the date they were received back - this does not apply to equipment. None of the information given on this page will affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Shipping costs are not refundable. Return shipping costs for batteries cannot be compensated for defective batteries.
All warranties are made by the manufacturer of the product itself. Warranties exclude damage due to improper charging, application, misuse, or neglect. To qualify for warranty replacement, you must contact the manufacturer directly or in some cases we will contact the supplier for you. Please contact us about your warranty claim, and we will provide the phone number of the manufacturer who is liable for the warranty of your specific product. The return process, shipping, exchange and refund policies of the liable manufacturer apply we do not accept any liability or cost of shipping for warranty exchanges.
