    I was able to track the order and it was on time. I was able to change the battery in 20 minutes. Powered right up and is working fine.

    If you use Youtube video for the instructiond, this product has all the tool neccessary to easily change out the battery. It took me about 30 minutes including watching the video while doing the battery change.
