Tools?
This would be an easy five start review if it was not for the tools. I received a plastic pouch of 8 identical screw diver things, 2 guitar picks, and a plastic suction cup with a metal ring attached. None of these items were of any use in installing the battery. I used my Swiss army knife can opener. Maybe they can lower the price and leave out the tools.
