Product came with three tools & a battery, but not a clue in how to use any of them. Checked out their site, which was no help at all, b/4 simply googling the install instructions on Utube, both versions look mighty complicated. Looks like a bigger hon that I'd anticipated, so I'll advise with an update when I do the surgery...
